Clear DS cache before running RTA tests

Add a function to clear the cache (contains the latest welcome page and thumbnails) stored in:

linux,mac: ~/Library/Caches/QtProject/QtDesignStudio/

windows: C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\QtProject\QtDesignStudio\cache

before running the tests.
