"Error rewriting document" when trying to add a model or new material in project created with QDS 3.4

Steps to reproduce:

• Open the attached project in QDS 3.5
• Try adding some basic model, for example a cube, in 3D Editor or try adding a Material in Material Editor
• -> Error rewriting document seen
