Emulation layer isn't properly restarting after crash

If the emulation crashes (QDS-691) and is restarted, on my machine (Ubuntu 19.04, Gnome 3.32.1) I need go into Edit Mode and back to the Form Editor in order to reset everything. Otherwise the Property Editor isn't working as expected, e.g. under the layout section anchoring wasn't working for me.
