Property Editor isn't showing proper color state

Drag a Rectangle onto the Form Editor and assign a gradient to it.
Deselect the Rectangle and select it again.
The Property Editor is showing a solid color instead of the applied gradient.
The Text Editor also shows that next to the gradient property there will be a color property added.
