Changes in states are not always saved

Please see the attached recording. Steps to reproduce:

• Base state selected, add a rectangle to Navigator
• Add a new state
• Change the fill color and scale of the rectangle
• Save all changes (File - Save all) or open live preview
• -> in state1, color of the rectangle is saved but the scale of it resets
• with state1 selected, create another state
• choose rectangle
• change again the color and scale of it
• Save all changes (File - Save all) or open live preview
• -> both color and scale are reset
