Way to visually generate qml mock file for the C++ backend

As a designer I would like to have a way to visually add qml mock file for the c++ backend so that quick application can be ran independently in the QDS.
Also the mock files should be ignored when generating the cmake project so that the real (C++) backend is used when building the complete project with cmake.
