Unable to run newly created project in Android

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new "mobile scroll" project
      2. Switch to Projects mode and enable "Android device"
      3. Make sure you select Android for the deployment target from the bottom left
      4. Press Run button

      Observed: application is not deployed to Android device and following errors message is shown in Compile output tab:

      15:07:37: No Android architecture (ABI) is set by the project.
Error while building/deploying project MobileScrollApp (kit: Android device)
When executing step "Deploy to Android device"
