Required restart after crashlogger has been enabled does not work

When starting first time, there is dialog about enabling crash logger. If you enable it, QDS prompts to restart the app, if you select restart nothing happens. You need to manually close the app - and then it restarts.

Expected:
Force restart -> application closes and restarts with feature enabled.
