Live preview zoom sometimes cuts off bottom of the scene

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a project that is higher than actual screen resolution (e.g I have a screen resolution 1920x*1200* and I created a project with screen resolution 720x*1280*)
• Click "Zoom screen to fit all content" in Form Editor
• Drag and drop two rectangles to Form Editor placing one at the top of root rectangle and one at the bottom of it
• Select smaller than 100% zoom to Live Preview, e.g. 50%
• Run Live Preview
• -> bottom of the scene is cut off, would expect to see the whole scene
