Add QDS Version numbers to Getting Started with QDS videos

In the new release, some views look different from our current Getting Started with QDS videos. Since we cannot update all of the videos for every release,  we should add the version number of the QDS used in the videos to the Youtube video description fields to avoid confusion. This needs to be discussed with the marketing.
