Step 1 in "Creating Timelines": Nothing happens if I press A. Is this shortcut removed or should it work?

Steps 5 and 6 : Animation radiobutton is selected by default. Expression binding radiobutton cannot be chosen. If default timelineAnimation is removed, expression binding button seems to get chosen automatically.
