Sections in Item Library are automatically expanded in some cases

Collapsed sections in Item Library are automatically expanded in three different scenarios:

• When adding a new module
• When importing a 3D component
• When returning from component file back to main ui file

Steps to reproduce:

• Open a project
• Collapse all sections in Item Library
• Add some module
• -> All sections are expanded, would expect that only the added module would be expanded
• Collapse all sections
• Import the attached 3D asset
• -> all sections expanded, would expect that only the section for the added component is expanded
• Drag and drop the imported asset to Navigator
• Collapse all sections
• Right click the component in Navigator and choose "Go into component"
• Navigate back to main ui file
• -> sections are expanded, would expect that all sections were collapsed
