Using the list for flow tags to priotize imports in the "import list/combo box"

      I noticed that you removed the "FlowTags" and this was probably the right decision.

      The FlowTags was just a "hack" to make the crucial imports more discoverable.

      I suggest using the list for the FlowTags to prioritize imports in the list when adding modules.

      for example, the modules that formerly had a FlowTag could be on top, or we add a quick filter that only shows modules that had a FlowTag.

      Currently, the list is very long and the user has to use the search to find modules. Also, it is not clear which modules are useful. My guess is that in 90% of the cases users want to add a module from the "FlowTags" list. So having those modules on the top should make things a lot easier.
