P1: Critical Description
The current crashpad handler seems to built with debug and an old visual studio 2015. We are shipping the newest c runtime which is compatible with VisualStudio 2017 and 2019.
On Windows, it is also important to deploy release builds, debug requires different runtime dlls and that is not common on user installations.
