Returning from component file using bread crumb doesn't work

Clicking the bread crumb does nothing when trying to return from component file to main ui file. Steps to reproduce:

• Import the attached 3D asset to project
• Drag and drop it to navigator
• Right click component in navigator and choose "Go into component"
• Try returning to main ui file by clicking the bread crumb
• -> nothing happens
