Effects do not work after reparenting them

    Description

      Effects seem to stop working if you need to reparent them. Steps to reproduce:

      • Add to triangles to Form Editor
      • Drag and drop "Drop shadow" effect on first triangle
      • Check live preview -> effect visible
      • Move the effect in the navigator under the second triangle
      • Check live preview -> effect not visible
