Timeline editor - removing a timeline doesn't clear Fixed frame

How to reproduce it:

1) Create a timeline animation

2) Attach it to a state

3) Set a fixed frame using a timeline editor

4) Save a file

5) Open timeline editor and set timeline from 2) to None, which clears a Fixed Frame

6) Check code - fixed frame is still there.
