introduce better layouts for UI panels

As part of the ongoing UX improvements we need to look for a better responsive layout system for our UI panels.

What is the effort required to bring in a 3rd party library like - https://yogalayout.com/

and create the qml bindings for it?

What is the effort required to create such a thing for ourselves?
