jump to line with ADS is unclear what happens

Maybe it was broken before, but jump to line does not work from output window to a texteditor which is open in design mode.
But the dialog from the formview does it - so maybe it prevents it.

The question is what should happen when clicking on something with a line file location?

if there is no editor window open, if there is no formeditor open, if both open?
