"Insert keyframe" sets wrong values for 3D items

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Add a cylinder to the 3D Editor
3. In the Properties view, change translation, rotation, scale and pivot values of the cylinder on x axis to something other than the default
4. Create a timeline
5. Insert the first keyframes in the Properties view by selecting Settings > Insert Keyframe for each property on x axis (if "insert keyframe is not selectable, choose some other item in the navigator, then choose cylinder again and try inserting the keyframe again)
6. In the 3D Editor and in the Timeline you can see that every other property value is set to default, except the translation. Properties view still shows the values that were set before inserting the keyframes.
