flow transition effects not working

      Several of the effects for flow transitions are not working - live preview quits with the error message "Flow****Effect" not available. This seems to be the case for the following effects.

      FlowPushLeftEffect
      FlowPushRightEffect
      FlowPushUpEffect
      FlowFadeEffect
