Hide action indicators on controls

if possible it would be good to hide the action indicator icons by default, so they only show when a control is hovered and become persistently visible when  a binding is applied. One question we need to think about it how it will look with the gaps between the icons. Especially ones like the font styles (bold, italic, etc).
