QuickDesigner: Support scaling elements with keeping aspect ratio

It would be nice to be able to scale images (and maybe even Qml items where it makes sense (e.g. Rectangle)) by using mouse together with a pressed keyboard modifier (Shift) to be able to scale the image (item) but keeping its current aspect ratio.
