Allow setting a keyframe's time from the context menu

Context menu action "Edit Value for keyframe..." Should be "Edit Keyframe..." and allows editing both keyframe's time and value so that it is possible to accurately set a keyframe's time.

Also it should be possible to show the edit keyframe dialog by double-clicking a keyframe.
