Add a deployment step in the build settings

Add a deployment step in the build settings.
I have stumbled upon a case where I would like to build and deploy (install the required resources/build dlls) without actually running the application.
Currently it is required to run the application for the deployment to happen, which is good but does not cover all uses cases.
Having the ability to chose where to add the deployment step would be valuable.
