FileTagger.patterns doesn't work without a wildcard

Some files do not have an extension ("Doxyfile"), or do not have a base name (".DS_Store") or simply have a fixed filename ("CMakeLists.txt"). For files such as these, FileTagger.patterns should be able to match the exact string.
