Precompiled headers functionality failing on Windows/MSVC due to pdb file conflict

      Upon attempting to build the product's first *.cpp file that uses the precompiled header (reproducible every time):

      error C2859: {builddir}\.obj\{product}\generatedfiles\{product}\vc110.pdb is not the pdb file that was used when this precompiled header was created, recreate the precompiled header.
