Support taking the Info.plist data from an existing file

Users should be able to use existing Info.plist files in their projects.

It was discussed on IRC that: the infoPlist property can be changed such that if its type is string, its value will be assumed to be a filename from which the contents will be read and then processed as normal.

Separate properties which will be aggregated is a much cleaner and more flexible solution.
