It would be nice if the "Module" item could support the "Properties" item inside itself. For example, I have a module that sets the "build-id" flag for builds under "glibc" and "Android". I can use "Depends" for cpp.driverFlags, but if I try to use it with  `Depends` to connect `Android.ndk`, then builds of my product on other platforms will automatically fail if Android.ndk is not configured for them. I would like to be able to manage properties inside "Module". If this cannot be done for any reason, please describe them for future generations
