Project not linking against Qt plugins with static Qt

When building a qbs project which depends on both Qt modules & a static library that also depends on Qt gui, the project will not link against Qt plugins resulting in multiple linker errors.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Attempt to build the attached project with static Qt 5.12.6
