shiboken sitedir cmake var inconsistently named PYTHON_SITE_PACKAGES

      shiboken has a PYTHON_SITE_PACKAGES cmake variable to control the sitedir location,

      while for pyside and pyside-tools the equivalent variable is named SITE_PACKAGE.
