Attempting to build PySide 5.15.3 (from the pyside-setup-opensource-src-5.15.3.tar.xz tarball) results in

      CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:23 (add_subdirectory):
        The source directory

          /home/bero/temp/abf/pyside2/BUILD/pyside-setup-opensource-src-5.15.3/sources/pyside2-tools

does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

      -- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!
      See also "/home/bero/temp/abf/pyside2/BUILD/pyside-setup-opensource-src-5.15.3/build/CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log".

      while running cmake.
The pyside2-tools directory is empty, but still referenced by cmake files.
(The same goes for the pyside-setup-opensource-src-5.15.3.zip file).

Copying over pyside2-tools from the older pyside-setup-opensource-src-5.15.2.tar.xz tarball "fixes" this.
