local hypervisor mode still tries to use opennebula

When running a local coin with a current checkout @ 0d92bc324735498f2466a550f0da0ac3d235b2f2, coin hangs when performing a local build.

When listing platform configurations, the available platform appears as follows:

When the build is started, provisioning succeeds, but the build hangs immediately after printing environment variables. See the attached file.

The COIN log prints the following line repeatedly:

ERROR:opennebula.py:141(33974): Connection to ONE failed, probably something is wrong with the infrastructure.
