Improve Coin documentation

We need to improve documentation and give more clearer picture about features we have. Documentation needs to include at least following things:

•  platform configurations
•  instructions
• provisioning
• dependency files
• how to use scheduler
  • scheduler options
• how to get debugging VM (where to get IP and how to connect to VM)
• how we build things (tests, artifacts)
• etc.
