To keep things simple we should use same configurations for all builds (not duplicate), however some modules can not be built on some nodes which do not meet requirements. In such a case the build node does not produce any artifacts. However coin test node will keep trying to download not existing artifacts. There should be some logic implemented to handle this case : no artifacts -> no tests.
