Always forcibly pull git tags

Would we like to always forcibly pull the git tags? These seems to be modified from time to time in the gerrit and that blocks the integrations until the tag is forcibly updated. What are the possible downsides of it? Coin should not care if it overwrites a tag since, it is a CI not a "storage server" like gerrit where the changes are made to. There Coin should respect what gerrit offers.
