Install 64bit binaries URL for darwin

      The newer macOS versions 10.15+ cannot execute 32 bit binaries anymore, but those URLs required to download the new agent and coin-setup binaries from Coin Webserver are missing.

      In order to continue supporting macOS, the amd64 binaries will need to be provided for corresponding VMs.
