git repository dependencies are sometimes mis-calculated when using dependencies.yaml files

      When using dependencies.yaml files, sometimes coin does not resolve indirect dependencies between modules correctly, as can be seen in for example

      where declarative is a dependency of qt3d and when that dependency is built, qtbase is not installed before attempting to build. Therefore it appears that qtdeclarative's dependency resolution is incomplete.
