Create package for CI files and upload to wiki

We should create a package that contains the following items:

src/modules/*.py
src/assets/*
src/templates/*
src/run.py
src/.env [created during configuration]
configure.py
licence.txt

This package should be uploaded to wiki and the user must run configure.py to configure Qt CI.

Also, we should add a section in Wiki about "How to install".
