Form to trigger builds from the dashboard

Related to #2.

This form should have the following fields at least:

1. Available QT_VERSIONS against which the build should be triggered. [Issue](#18)
1. Possibility to add new variables to the build
1. Possibility to choose a sha1 on which the pipeline should run

Once the build has been successfully triggered - this should take the developer to the pipeline view.
