Create a script that creates .env file

This script should take the input of:

1. Gitlab URL
2. Gitlab project path
3. Gitlab private token
4. NGROK authentication token
5. Local project cloned path

And use these to create a .env file. This file will be needed by the server to start every time. Also, this script will be used during Qt creator integration
