Create script that reads git config and returns settings

Create a script that reads git config and returns the following:

1. Gitlab URL
2. Project path on Gitlab

The script should take input of the clone location of the project and output the information (either by reading the .git/config manually or by using gitpython).

This script is required for Qt creator integration.
