Read the gitconfig to populate the settings for ENV file

We should be able to read the ".git/config" file of the project and provide this information to the Creator - so that this information is populated to Qt creator wizard.

Type of such environment:

1. Gitlab URL (needed for REST API)
2. Gitlab project path (needed to get the project ID)
3. Local folder where project is cloned (to manage git from our client)
