First view of the configured dashboard

Related to #2.

In the first view of the already configured dashboard, we should show the following details to the developer:

1. Current state of the repository (e.g. new files, changed files, deleted files, state w.r.t. remote)
2. Form to trigger a build
3. Form to make commits and push those commits to remote

We will also need a "PARSER" for the `.git/config` file for this purpose.

We will also need some design from a UI designer.
