    Description

Every push will automatically trigger a build with default options. However, if user wants to have this CI build triggered with specific environmental variables, then we should show the user such form. This is a "VALUE ADD" for our product.

When user clicks on PUSH, we should show to them a form which shows all the default variables of the build and gives user a possibility to change the variables and also select push options like: skip build or others - which can be found: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/push_options.html#push-options-for-gitlab-cicd. Hence, we should implement GIT PUSH with OPTIONS where we can define if the user wants to "Skip" the CI build or then, trigger the CI build with specific env variables.

      Sub tasks should be:

#1. Every repo should have a .default-build-variables file which defines the default variables and the options that such variables can accept

#2. Create such functionality in Git module

#3. Create such form and connect it to #2 above
