Create a gitlab instance with test data for testing of microservice

Things to do: 

1. Create a "local-gitlab" on 10.9.24.113 which supports CONTAINER REGISTRY
2. Create a namespace:
   1. docker
   2. conan
3. Create projects inside docker name space:
   1. pilot
   2. qt-host
   3. qt-wasm
   4. qt-android
   5. qt-embedded
   6. qa-tools
4. Create "hello world" or similar "registry repositories" inside the container registry of all of these projects

These resgitry repositories will be used for testing purposes only.
