Update the QtCloud docker image name space

Naming convention: 

qt_{target-platform}{host-platform}:{qt_version}{patch_information}

Where, 

• Target platform is explicitly defined only when it's not the same as host-platform:
  • Android (different flavours)
  • WASM
• host-platform is:
  • Linux
  • Win_msvc
  • Win_mingw
• Qt version is the version tag or branch from the Qt repository

Naming convention for Qt tools images:

1. qt_squish_${target-platform}_${host-platform}:${qt_version}
2. qt_coco_${target-platform}_${host-platform}:${qt_version}
3. qt_axivion_${target-platform}_${host-platform}:${qt_version}
