this means that we should be able to specify different options for patch at different stages. 

For example,

• Patch during Qt host stage: PATCH_QT_HOST (value: path of patch file)
• Patch during Qt WASM: PATCH_QT_WASM (value: path of patch file)
• Patch during Qt Android: PATCH_QT_ANDROID (value: path of patch file)

In CI, the file should be uploaded to a specific location and that path should be passed to the build job. An easy way might be to put patch in the Git Repo itself.
