Project name and other basic details like link, id etc should come from python

Right now, on all pages, we fetch the project details from the Gitlab project API. This keeps the user waiting for about 10-20 seconds before showing any data. 

To avoid this, we can expose all the project details from Python FastAPI via JavaScript variables (like we do the other variables like Project Rest API url etc).
