People with role: Developer will have restrictred access to the project and so, their UI should not show information that does not make sense or is not needed. Even though, it will be good for developer to see the CI variables, maybe, they are not allowed to delete or edit them? Likewise, every section which contains role based discrimination, should show this information to the developer, "you don't have enough access rights" or similar.
